mamagroove Ice set you a brand new ring of high quality. It was in a plastic Box inside a cardboard Box with plenty of paca Jane. 3 weeks after purchase you claim it got lost in the mail and then crushed? That has nothing to do with me and your one star rating is pathetic. grow up.

burnedi @mamagroove it wasn't lost. Do not twist my words. I accepted it in good faith since the default shipping address was set to my office. The box it was shipped in wasn't sturdy enough, consequently crushed in shipping. If you see on the review, I specifically noted it was how it was shipped not the quality of the item. There was no protective packing around the item inside the box to prevent it from being crushed. The flimsy plastic box offered no protection as it was twisted as well.
