ddcha @marquitaaraba82 that’s ok. The Celine color code is 28BD which is burgundy. It also looked more burgundy than brown to me which is why I researched the color codes. Again, I’m sorry for the trouble ...

ddcha @marquitaaraba82 I understand that. So you are claiming because it wasn’t listed as a color, you chose the next closest choice, but failed to say that in the description? I am not happy with the resolution of this case. I spent $1500 on a bag I thought was brown and is clearly dark burgundy. I have reached out to Poshmark further to try to resolve. Ugh. I hate this. :(

marquitaaraba82 @ddcha No. the bag is in fact just how I described it. Dark/deep brown... the naked eye can see. The bag was displayed in the pictures exactly as you received it. I am truly sorry that when you received it you decided the color was not to your liking but that doesn’t change what was described and shown in the pictures. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the resolution but the fact that you perceived the color to be different is no fault of mine.

ddcha @marquitaaraba82 I am sorry too. It is what it is. I saw burgundy when I received the bag and upon digging, I discovered Celine’s color code as well as other labels of the same bag that say “burgundy”. My eyes saw dark burgundy and what I discovered confirmed that. Hope I didn’t spoil your evening. I’m just explaining my perspective is all.
