Hi! You recently purchased a pair of shorts and I realized I made a terrible error. I accidentally printed out a previous customers order label and shipped it to their house, not yours. I’ve contacted Poshmark to see what can be done. I am so sorry for this, never had something like this happen before. I will update you the moment I hear from them!

Just wanted to give you a quick update. So your order went to a previous customer of mine and she just got it. She’s going to the post office to see if she can send it back to me and once I get it I’ll send it to you or if you want to cancel your order I completely understand and really apologize for all of this.
