kellmac63 Hi Dianne, I ordered the seashell and clear jar. I'm super disappointed because the shell is broken into what I imagine a million pieces. As soon as I picked up the wrapped shell I heard and felt all of the pieces clanking against each other. I barely opened the end of the bubble wrap to check if I was right, and the pieces are many. The box was actually too small with not enough padding and it just wasn't tall enough to give the room necessary for shippers to stack and handle. How do I proceed?

dianne_adkins @kellmac63 Oh honey, you need to let PM know via the "accept package" link. They will ask you to take pictures so don't throw away anything! Contact PM and let them know. You'll get a refund. I'm so sorry this happened. I try to package everything carefully but USPS is so careless!

kellmac63 I've tried everything, but it won't let me go any further. I took pictures when I opened the box so I have that, but I don't think it will do any good. I think I'm past the 72 hour cut off for submitting claims. The thing is, I travel for work and my husband just brings my packages in the house and I open them when I get home. Today was the day I got home and opened, so I think I'm the one who will eat someone else's mistake. The box really was much too small and there wasn't enough cushion room

dianne_adkins @kellmac63 Another option might be to consult your local PO since there was $50 insurance built into priority shipping. You can inquire online at usps. Meanwhile please pick something of same value on my closet and Ill send it to you or you can watch my future listings for replacement that you like.
