Sorry that the shoes are not to your comfort. I tried them on and they were very comfortable to me. Please also be reminded that Monday was President’s Day the Post Office was closed and the item was shipped early Tuesday. I don’t send tracking information. I don’t think the sellers send that information. I would suggest to inform Poshmark if you have a problem and they will investigate and return the item to buyer. I did all I was required to do🙏.

@seancarde Thanks for responding. I'm working with customer service to see what went wrong. They provided me a tracking number after I contacted them, but the information noted that the package was delivered on the 19th in Georgia instead of California. I'm starting to feel something got messed up on their end.
