thecloset6 Did you have a buyer keep an item and not pay,How is that possible? Poshmark releases your money automatically after 3 full business day from the day the buyer receives the item unless the buyer reports the item is damaged/not as pictured/described then a case is open and you the buyer and poshmark all can exchange comments pictures etc.This buyer is trying to purchase from me also

nannafine @thecloset6 ok it when they pay and it doesn’t get in Poshmark ship register and you ship it and they get it and instead of mentioning they have it . They play like they never got it. They get it and the money back and you get a red mark.

thecloset6 @nannafine when this happened you open a case under the sale .the buyer to opened a cash with poshmark I assume. you respond to poshmark with the tracking info it will show if it was delivered.

thecloset6 @nannafine I'm not understanding your message but this is how filing a claim works you can look under poshes help section .they have every question answered you can ask with step by step help you can also file a claim with usps and poshmark

thecloset6 @nannafine Did you file a claim with posh or respond to the buyers claim?The buyer had to file a claim with posh just to be refunded . you respond to the claim when posh reaches out to you with your proof that it was delivered. They will make sure you are paid and the buyer is refunded since sometimes items get lost or stolen in the mail but that's not the buyer or sellers fault that's why posh has "buyer and seller protection" on all orders

thecloset6 @nannafine I had this happened to me I ordered something small never got it it showed delivered post office couldnt find it.the seller was paid and I was refunded because we both had proof. I dont understand your situation never heard of this .Was trying to help since that person was trying to buy from me with alot of bad feedback low offers etc

thecloset6 @nannafine something's not right if you have tracking showing delivered that will cover you it's in theor policy and you definatly can file a claim through usps
