I’m sorry I don’t know how to contact you , I canceled the order for the Burberry Crossbody , before shipping the bag I saw a small tear on the strap, and DID NOT want to ship a damaged item. I took it into the Burberry store at kingof Prussia, PA they will replace the strap but it does take 1-2wks I was told. I’m very sorry for this unfortunate event and any inconvenience.

I did not notice the small tear prior to posting the bag. However once I receive the bag back from Burberry I can repost the bag and send you the offer if your still interested in the purchase.
