crown_n_glory Hi Dina, I am going to contact Poshmark to try to get you a refund. Since you’ve already accepted the purchase, they may not do a refund. I apologize that the cleanliness fell short of good standards. I simply must have overlooked the interior. If Posh does not refund, then I can at least send your purchase price of $10 back. I will need their approval to cover shipping cost. Buyer satisfaction is #1. These were truly hardly worn, maybe once.

crown_n_glory I contacted Poshmark & when I hear back from them, I will let you know. I do have your mailing address, and if they cannot initiate a refund from their end, I'll mail you 10 dollars. Since I didn't receive the shipping money, I cannot refund that. My earnings was $7.05. If Posh accepts the request, you should be able to do a return. Again, please accept my apology. I truly thought these were in barely worn condition. Thank you again for taking time to let me know that these were unclean.

crown_n_glory I messaged Poshmark support, and I cannot cancel the sale once it's been shipped. "Orders can not be cancelled once they are shipped. All cancellations are subject to approval by Poshmark." If you'd like to inquire on your end, I'll happily cancel the sale once it's approved for a refund. Or I still have your address and I can mail $10 to you. Let me know what you would like or if you'll contact Posh. A 3 rating means you were dissatisfied, and my goal is to have happy customers.
