The only thing I can think of is it happened during shipping and I am sorry that happened. You can file a claim if you want. I took a picture, but I don’t know how to post it and delivered for you, the crack it is not to big, but is in the front of the necklace. I know that you take care of your Items is for that I went and checked the description and the photos. In the description there is not a mention of any damage, but in the pictures there is the same damage that I see.
