amdrue Hi Dior. I haven’t had anything returned before. Posh said they will review the case. (My fault) and answer. I want to make things right. As soon as they send their answer we’ll figure out best way to get your money back and the shoes only if it’s fiscally reasonable at 10.00 plus ship for the shoes, hardly worth an additional 7.00 on additional shipping to send them back. Either way I’ll be sure to take care of my mess up.. drue
