mgkemper Hi, I have your purse already to ship to you but this is my first sale🥺 I keep trying to verify my phone number and cannot get verify code to go thru! I have tried multiple times this morning so I may pay to send to you myself! I asked Poshmark for help but haven’t heard yet. So if you send me your address I will send Priority Mail first thing in morning and pay for it myself. I don’t know what else to do- then I will wait to be paid ok?

djeanelles94 @mgkemper hi thank you for the update. Just hold on and wait until you hear back from Poshmark support. I believe you need to use their shipping label so that they can track the shipment in the app and then release funds once it’s delivered. It usually take up to 24-48 hours for them to respond

djeanelles94 @tbkeith11 hi Terri I was using the handbag today and I noticed that in there are two holes in the lining a small one and a large one. I really do love the babe but in your description it didn’t mention the holes. Is there any way that these holes can be fixed? Or would you be open to taking the bag back ?

tbkeith11 @djeanelles94 I am so sorry to hear this and I was not aware of the holes, as I would have mentioned it. Are you referring to the fabric or the leather? I’ll do whatever you want. I can take the bag back and refund your money, or I will be happy to pay for any alteration, depending on where the holes are and if they can be repaired. Just let me know your preference.

djeanelles94 @tbkeith11 thank you for your prompt reply. The holes are in the fabric lining in the outer compartments. As much as I regret to do this I think it would be best to do a refund as you are the original owner and it may be easier for you to repair if needed

djeanelles94 @tbkeith11 would be best to deal with this through Poshmark but it’s been over 72 hours and since I had already accepted the order it’s considered final. So I will go ahead and reach out to their support team and I will keep you posted :)
