mycoquitaslove Hi I was excited when I received the Cole Haan shoes and gave them a 5star review I finally sat down today to try them on and could not believe how small they looked. Well to my surprise they are NOT 9 1/2 and 10 as stated in your add. The are a 6 1/2 and 7. I have no one I can sell them to. What can we do to get them back to you. I am retired and If you can get in touch with Poshmark they can send me a label and I can mail them back to you. And get a refund. Please advise. Thanks Evelyn

diyanticamilla @mycoquitaslove hi there, I am sorry to hear they don’t fit however I specifically added pictures of the shoe boxes stating their sizes in the ad as you can see. I understand shoes and different brands can be a little tricky when it comes to sizing but I was upfront with their sizes. I was selling these shoes on behalf of a friend so I don’t actually know how the sizing works with this particular brand so again I apologize they are not what you were expecting.

diyanticamilla @mycoquitaslove you can refer to Poshmark’s refund policy or send them an email requesting a return label to send them back but unfortunately there’s nothing I can do on my end as I believe only you have the power to request the refund.

mycoquitaslove @diyanticamilla Hello When I bought the shoes your description states 9 1/2 and 10. I did not look at the boxes I received them and they looked beautiful then when I took them out to try them I found out your description size was incorrect.
