slightlyflawedj @thekillercloset I always have the packages delivered to my place of employment so they can not be misplaced. I received 4 packages today and unfortunately even though it says that it was delivered, it was not. I figured I would just give it a day and see if it shows up.

juliahcloset hi there! saw you received your ring. i was confused by the one star rating for packaging — the ring came in a nice envelope with a hand written note. as it was in perfect condition, i dont think that warrants a 20% rating. it really brings down my average and i hope you would reconsider it. thanks!

slightlyflawedj @juliahamill your ring, came in a letter envelope. A regular paper envelope. I don't feel as though that is the proper packaging for a piece of jewelry. If I confused your item with something else and you didn't ship the ring out in a letter envelope, please let me know and I absolutely will fix my rating for you.

slightlyflawedj @clrncclst no, I dropped two boxes off at the post office, each were weighed, and I have the receipt. I do not understand how this is happening. Both boxes were gotten at the post office, I used green and red ribbon on each other and made a bow. The tape sealing the boxes was like green glow in the dark Uline tape.

I packaged your bag back up, decorated the box with Christmas ribbons, went out of my way to grab a Christmas card because even though you sent me a bag that was unusable and failed to mention the actual condition of it, I figured no harm actually meant.
