I then noticed that it said that it was already mailed and was tracking. I don’t understand why this is happening as I have not sent it yet. I’m confused as to why it’s saying this. I’m going to try to get some answers from Poshmark.

Hello Doc J, I’m letting you know, again, that I have not sent the Free People Hoodie Tunic to you. There is something wrong with this order as it notified me immediately after your purchasing this item that it had been sent, which it had not. I’ve notified Poshmark about this problem and I’ll not be shipping the item until they contact me. If you would like to cancel this, I would very much understand. Thank you!

Hi fiona! Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Since i never received this item, I would like a refund. Should I contact Poshmark as well? I wonder if the confusion came from the fact that I ordered two of these - same size, one in black and yours in gray. They were separate orders though, from different sellers, so I don't see how the system would conflate them...?
