micahz You suggesting that the item that I sent you was not clean & well packaged is outrageous It was packaged & gift-wrapped with a beautiful paper along with a ribbon & a lovely thank you note in a box from the USPS. Specifically what else were you looking for.? You state that the coat is darker. computer monitors may show variations in color. I photograph my items Outdoors to avoid this particular problem. Are you sure you're describing the item that I sent to you?
