mattc6288 Thanks for leaving a false rating on my item. The item was was in perfect condition | professionally laundered and packaged carefully. I have never received below a 5 on ratings and I take pride in that.

domepiece79 @mattc6288 I already provided my explanation for why I gave your shirt the rating that I did. As for the "false rating" claim: Just because you personally don't agree with the rating, doesn't mean it's false (I'd be happy to supply photos). I also already said that I'd change the rating if the shirt was professionally laundered like you said. However, I'm less inclined to do so if this is how you react to a customer, who has purchased multiple items from you, giving you a so-so review.
