Hi. I meant to place a not in with your zcoils but forgot- when I purchased the shoes, the seller adjusted the heel for my stance and walk. I suggest you watch a YouTube video to do it yourself (here is one I found- https://youtu.be/kQDG3BseryE ) or take the shoes to a local dealer to have them adjusted. Happy Z-Coiling!
