That rating was completely unfair the shoe was clearly in great condition other than what was listed in the description (the heel was proof of the shoe being worn only once) the shoe is a older Steve Madden shoe that has only been worn once the shoe was $5 a great deal. There was nothing wrong with the shoe when I ship it out so I don’t understand how the heel cams off as you stated. I have never received a 1 Star I take serious pride in everything I sell and my buyers

Hey, not sure where you smelled smoke from bc I don't smoke and live alone. 5.00 was a great deal for a once worn discount store shoe that I only made 2.00 from. I respect your opinion but dont make things up,bc of buyer's remorse.
