merdalonka @gaston9 sorry for that. I was unaware of that, but those shoes were used, so you shouldn't expect brand new condition. I think you got a goid deal if you are not satisfied, I will be more than happy having them back, realist them the right way and not having 3*. That truthfully hurts my feelings if you decide to change the ratings, I would really appreciate that. I'm not a scamper. Thank you.

merdalonka @gaston9 I would appreciate to have them back. If you were looking for a new purchase, you should go shop at the department store for your satisfaction and the whole expirience. The pictures were there, so you knew, you weren't buying a new pair of boots. That has being said, I don't appreciate your ratings sir and you are simply cheep and mean.

cathyfrangos Hi Donald I just want to thank you for your purchase of this gorgeous jacket, or maybe you should thank me LOL that is an incredibly low price but I wanted it to go to somebody that will truly love it. It was just dry cleaned (still in bag) so you don't have to deal with that and my husband put in a pretty silk pocket scarf. It'll go out Monday morning. When you get it let me know how you like it. I'm sure you'll love it thanks again.

cathyfrangos @gaston9 yes he is a very elegant man with extremely good taste. Always were sport coat or suit did you never find do in jeans and a t-shirt except maybe around the house once in awhile. He's now 85 and he's letting go of a lot of things

cathyfrangos @gaston9 I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 which is quite large and if it's in there with absolutely no problem. Plenty of room for other things. I bought that for him many many years ago when I was in Florence Italy. He never used it. He recently was going through some things and said put this on Poshmark so there it is..enjoy it. He just told me that if you see anything else you like in the closet for me to use my judgment and sell it to him.

cathyfrangos Tip for the next time you order more than one item. Click on the item you want to order. In the top right corner you'll see three dots. Click on add to bundle. Now go to the second item you want and do the same thing. You've now created a bundle. The seller will see that and offer a price. Most sellers give a 10% discount on the purchase of 2 or more items. I would have done this but you had already ordered and I didn't know you were ordering a second. This way you also only pay shipping once.

You can go to a persons closet and in and click the dots at the top right of their closet and you can block them and never have to hear or deal with them again LOL just a heads up.

cathyfrangos @gaston9 they get paid once the buyer receives the package and hits the accept button pay the buyer receives an email and also a News Post saying that the package has been delivered and to please accept. Is a blue button they hit and they give you a star rating. Once that process is done your money is immediately available

Click on the order that has not been shipped. Once you click on that you will see at the bottom of the next screen says problem/order inquiry. And the next screen you're going to click on contact Poshmark support. There they have email form that you can send to them
