shineomine Hi there, I am devastated to hear that the sandals broke. Someone gave them to me, and I never wore them. I promise I did not glue them or know of a problem. Would you like to return them? If you contact Poshmark support you can return them and I will refund your money. I am very sorry for this!

I’m sorry to leave you that feedback but it just really upset me when they broke because I hardly wore them at all and all of a sudden it just came out and you could see that or someone had tried to glue them. It’s not your fault at all. No worries. I won’t return them. But thank you for your offer. They were just so darn cute and I loved them.

donnamaez @shineomine No problem. I know some of the outdoor gear companies will allow you to send items back to the company if they’re broken they’ll fix it or replace it like Patagonia etc. I’m going to find out if Columbia does that as well. I really love those sandals LOL
