rmuzquiz Hi Donna , I'm having some problems with the checkout, I've emailed them but I have yet to get a response, it's stating that I have no credits so I've tried to do the transaction without the credits but it doesn't let me or I'm not doing it right, I'm fairly new to posh purchasing, I'll let you know soon as I've heard from the support system.

donnalouise74 If you go into the tab on the bottom right of your screen in the app you select payment methods and you can enter a credit card or debit card

rmuzquiz I'm not sure how to fix this, I tired going under my daughters account and it wouldn't let me purchase, I can do it straight through my email just let me know , thanks

rmuzquiz I tried adding a cc payment it says error code this address is already associated with another account, which I'm sure is my daughters but I went into hers and it's still not allowing me to do, Arghhhh so frustrating

donnalouise74 I wanted to let you know I also emailed poshmark their customer service is very good at helping and in a timely manner so we can just wait a day or to see if they can resolve the issue.
