@chanelstarrr Hello and thank you for your comment and rating. This is the second time in the last two months that I have had this issue with an item purchased. The problem is we do not smoke here. So I am now convinced our mail PERSON may be the issue. My apologies! I usually drop things off at the post office myself but lately have been giving my packages to the mail carrier. I will be going back to dropping them off myself. Thank you again.
