dbm016 @curly_que Hi Valerie! No problem. I use 1/2 of an avocado, 1 small green apple, 1 cup of pineapple chunks, 1 cup of spinach, and 1 cup of whatever liquid you want. I typically like to freeze some or all of the ingredients (not the liquid) b/c it helps to keep the smoothie thick & cold. It's sooo good! There's no right or wrong way to do it. You'll love it!😘🍍🍏
