indigosue Hi Donna! This has never happened but it has been quite some time since I was a size 4 so the skirt has been on the hanger for years. Itvwas hard to get the hanger clips off and there is some glue transfer on the waist. I am so sorry. I took pictures if you want to see. Happy to cancel the order and re-post showing it as well.
