msthump13 @bobbys1mom Hi, I shipped the bra on January 8, 2021. I handed the package directly to the mailman. Apparently he never scanned the package, so there is no tracking available. I opened a case on Wednesday with the Postal Service. They are trying to locate the package. I will let you know as soon as I have more info. I always ship within 2 days of purchase. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and delay.

msthump13 @bobbys1mom hi there, I reached out to the Postal carrier office today, they said that they are overwhelmed with packages and are sure that your package is there, even though it is not tracking. The lady said they are about 9 days behind. She said I should call her again on Monday if you haven't already received it by then. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

msthump13 Good morning, I just spoke to someone at the postal carrier annex. She checked the tracking number and said that the package is still in the processing center because it still has not been scanned. She also said that they are very overwhelmed with packages and after 21 days, I will be able to file a claim.

msthump13 @bobbys1mom I escalated a complaint with the postal service today. i haven't gotten it back, so I am going to take whatever steps are necessary to get it back or get paid for the item.
