Hi, I did receive the wrong item. I had bought the $10 bronze ballet flats (size 6.5). Instead I received this itty bitty pair of J.Crew jeans. I've since returned the jeans. Oh my gosh Donna, I am so very sorry. I had no idea of the flakey zipper or else I would not even have listed them. I am very picky about what I list and search out any flaws that I can find. If they are minor I will list but spell everything out in the description. If they are more than minor I will not sell them. Believe me, I was not being dishonest in my listing. Unaware, but not dishonest. The shoes belong to my daughter #2 and are not mine. I ran out of space. Pls see my next msg.

I am not saying my daughter was being dishonest but she failed to tell me of a problem with the zipper. I have had the shoes zipped and unzipped several times while cleaning them, taking photos of them and while packing them up to send to you and never had a problem with either zipper. I have never had them on though as they are too small for me. Please accept my apology for this oversight and let me know if there is anything I can do to make things right.

@donnalemon Hi, thank you for your offer but sorry I can't go that low. Even though the cardigan has some flaws it doesn't hinder the functionality of the sweater and it's still wearable. The few small pulls are on the inner stitching and not noticeable while wearing. The cardigan still has a lot of life left.

Hi Donna, I just packaged up and shipped your Hype rhinestone toe pumps. Please look at the left shoe on the inside edge when you get them. From being warm I believe the lining has a slight crinkle like peal. You can't see it unless you inspect but if this makes you unhappy then I will take them back without an issue.

@donnalemon I actually think they are fine but before I ship things out I always inspect them very closely and take extra pictures. I would rather have a happy customer and good rep as a seller the ship something that might make someone unhappy. I think they are beautiful and would have kept them if they were a half size larger.
