kalona66 I have sent you a message concerning the moldy Vera Bradley purse you sold to me. I contacted you first but that was 2 days ago so I sent an email to the support department. I am new to Poshmark and this was my first purchase and I am really disappointed to receive it with mold on the inside fabric as well a moldy/musty smell. i shop and hand items all the time and didn't expect this at all.

carverpeaks @kalona66 That’s what you,er supposed to do. you’re not supposed to put this information out in the public. I’m allergic to mold. I wash everything that comes in. Except for new things and they’re sprayed with Lysol, all purses are sprayed with Lysol. All you have to do is call support and return it for all you got, and you’ll get your original money back.

kalona66 @carverpeaks Like I said, I am new and this was my first purchase. I tried going to you first but you didn't respond. I have emailed the support and 3 says later still don't have a response. I had no idea what else to do. Read the FAQs and there was nothing in there other than support would respond in 24hrs after sending a request.
