dwoolfall @nanaheger - Hi! I’m not sure how this is handled. The necklace was boxed and was not broken when shipped so I do not know what happened during transit. It’s a roped necklace. Where was it broken?

dwoolfall @nanaheger - I do not understand how the gold balls could have broken off like that during shipment especially where the necklace was shipped in a box in a bubble wrapped envelope. I will contact Poshmark to see what em they do in this type of situation.

tdhilyard Hello. I’m sorry you’re unhappy with the earrings. So that I can improve my description of items in the future...what should I have included when I described them? With all my pictures.....I really thought that by taking all the tiny hoops off the main hoop...that would show exactly what your getting. Plus all the close-up pictures of the earrings and with the description itself. I didn’t think there was anyway someone would be confused as to what they bought.

tdhilyard I even put the earrings on a measuring tape so that it shows exactly how big/small they are. As you can see I’m a little confused...I’m just not sure what else I should have included. Please help me out so I can provide better service. Thanks! 😊
