I appreciate your review—the detergent is actually a boutique brand—which unfortunately is very expensive. I have had some love it, and some hate it, so I have discontinued using. I understand your frustration, but if you were otherwise satisfied, I would do much appreciate a higher rating than 1-star. I am a stay-at-home mom—reselling to generate extra income, and really depend on positive reviews to help. I am truly sorry you were disappointed.
