jenscloset01 @plusnomore it's actually really easy. All you need to did is share applicable items to active parties, when you press and hold the image of one of your listings the share option appears. During active parties it will give you the option to share to the party or just your followers. If your item doesn't work for a specific party, it will give you an error. Hope that helps!

plusnomore Thank you. I need help understanding why my items do not show up at a party I am invited and accepted. I use the share button and post it to the party, but they don't show when I look at the party. What am I doing wrong?

plusnomore @jenscloset01 Hi Jennifer - I have a few questions I hope you can help with. 1. I was notified that a shopper put 3 items into a bundle, however when I look, nothing is listed under the bundle tab. There are 3 items that were "liked" but not bundled. How do I proceed? I don't see a comment button on her page 2. I have 2 shirts on one listing. 1 is brown and 1 is cream. A shopper bought one but how do I know which one. Thank you for your help

jenscloset01 @plusnomore For the person who bundled items, it is common for poshers to accidentally hit the add to bundle button when they really intend to just like or share.

jenscloset01 @plusnomore As for the second question, did you have variations set? I.E, buyer needs to select a color in order to purchase. Thats the only way to handle multiple color choices. If you didn’t have variations, there is a chance they may have thought it was for both. Tag the buyer in your sold listing and ask which color they want, or if the purchase was a misunderstanding. Hope that helps!

jenscloset01 @plusnomore when you create a new listing, you need to select quantity as multiple, and then it will allow you to enter types, ie by size, color etc. hope that makes sense.

plusnomore @jenscloset01 I sent a "comment" (from her "meet the poster page") to the buyer of my multiple listing to ask which color she was purchasing. I have not heard back. Did I communicate correctly?

jenscloset01 @plusnomore that’s one of the ways I see sellers do it. I normally tag them on the sold listing and let them know what’s going on. You can check out my sold listings, bottom of my closet, to see what I’m talking about. If you click about when in her closet it will tell you when she was last active on the app.

plusnomore @jenscloset01 I see what you mean. She hasn't been on for 25hrs. This will cause me a delay in shipping the product. How does that affect me?

jenscloset01 @plusnomore Is this for the Capistrano shirt? You didn't mention that it was a choice of one color or the other, so buyer probably assumes they purchased both. You're in a very tough spot, you can wait for a reply, which may affect your shipping time, cancel the order and make sure the new listing states a choice, with the variations, or ship both colors. Only you can make the final decision, sorry this happened but if all else its a good learning experience.
