jafashion26 Hi, you purchased my Asics shoes and commented that something was wrong with the insole. I just wanted to let you know that I suffer from plantar fascitis and the insole was taken out so that a custom orthotic could be placed inside the shoe. The insole was never used. It's possible that it was placed back inside incorrectly. Just try to re-position it and it should be fine. The shoes did not fit my orthotic properly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

dfairchild13 @jafashion26 No it’s not how the insole is in there. Something is wrong with them. It kinda feels like my socks are all balled up but they aren’t. They aren’t returnable right? The rest of the shoes are perfect. It doesn’t feel right when I’m wearing them. Which I had to take them off, very uncomfortable.

debmermaid Hi Donna I just want you to know that I printed out the label and taped to the pkg to ship to you on Thurs Dec 10 the day you bought it. The USPS has not scanned it yet so with holiday volume maybe they are slower. I am so sorry. I have not had a problem before. Fingers crossed it will be scanned and in the system soon!
