btyboutique @dlhemlow I’m not going to ask you to change it if you don’t feel I deserved it, but you left absolutely no explanation or indication of what you felt needed improvement. I combined a 5/$25 and 3/$30 sale price and accepted an even lower offer from you, giving you a $25 NWT shirt (not included in sale) for $10. I still maintain my 5* average, so no issue there, but I find it frustrating as a seller and leads me not to give discounts to lowball offers or new users.

On two separate occasions you made me an offer, and I accepted just to get an error message saying that your payment information was not up to date. Both times, I left you a kind, patient message here on this post, and both times I was IGNORED. This is such an unprofessional way to act, and I feel so sorry for the others that you have done this to. We will not be doing any business together in the future.

Unfortunately, I learned when I dropped off that my estimated weight was incorrect so I had to upgrade the shipping to 9 lbs. This is the first time I had an order this big. FYI to you (and me) it was an extra $15.95 for shipping. In the future I see it makes more sense to split the order. Not sure if you ever experienced this before. A first for me.
