frugalbeauty18 Hi Donna. It is difficult to tell whether they came with the shoe or put in. I believe they were manufactured with the sneaker. Are they comfortable as is? If adding a support from another sneaker works that's great. I have 2 supports in some of my sneakers. I hope this helps. Lori

frugalbeauty18 @tradam12 HI. That's a great idea to see if it is comfy with the existing support. I have done just about everything with sneakers to get then to be just right. I have even taken out(ripped out) existing supports and either left them out or put in the proper thickness support. Let me know what works for you. Lori

tradam12 @cannoli23 It’s stuck in the black hole Allen Park Michigan post office, that office is terrible for packages, if it doesn’t leave there I’ll have my postmaster email them that seems to work then.
