For items over $500 Poshmark offers free authentication and you can read about it here - https://poshmark.com/posh_concierge For other items, if it’s designer ask for an image of the authentication number (most poshers will already have this number pictured) so that you can look it up to make sure it’s the real deal.

bekmars @donnamarie75 Also Poshmark holds earnings to the seller til AFTER you receive the item, decide it is in-fact what you were promised in the listing ( ex. Authentic, any imperfections were clearly marked, etc). If it is not what you purchased or not in the condition you expected, you can file a problem/query in the app before you mark as received.

daisysylvie When I ordered the bag the inside pictures showed no stains. When it arrived, I took the black tissue paper out and it had transferred color throughout the inside. I realize you did not do this on purpose and I do like the bag. However, I think it’s fair for me to ask for a discount due to the damage that occurred after purchasing this bag.
