@deejhale Donna, I just received your scathing feedback. I’m so very sorry your upset. I would much rather you file a case to return the item then to give me such a horrible review.. That way, you can get your money back. Maybe you don’t know that. Maybe you don’t know that I had no idea that a handle was broken. I provided photos of the defects inside and out. I would really like to see the handle.

@deejhale Did you know you can return it? Go under “problems with order” Also- did you look at the photos closely? There were photos of all the defects. Then again, I was not aware of any handle issue. You said it isn’t worth your time to send photos. I hope you understand why this is Important to show me. I have an average 5 stars and work so hard at this. It wouldn’t be in my best interest to have unhappy buyers. Stephanie

@deejhale I’m not clear-you said, “I can even show you, it’s that bad.” Please do show me. Nothing was broken when I packaged it up, so I’m curious as to what I missed. You can post it as a listing under your closet. Just put in the price as 9999. Regardless, I would love for you to get your Money back rather be so angry.

@deejhale Donna, Please tell me what is wrong with the handle. Can you tell me how the photos differ than what you received, other than the handle? I really hate that your so angry and disappointed. I REALLY DO work hard at disclosing everything, and added photos of the interior that has ink. It isn’t worth it for me to not be transparent, as people would return items or give 2 stars!

@deejhale I think I already stated that If there was a defect that I was aware of, so if your suggesting I hung the bag to hide something...?? I’m wondering if you read the description or looked at the photos. consider reading the FAQ’s so you are aware of how to return items, how to contact Poshmark support (you have to contact them), how to Poshmark works along with Poshmark etiquette. This may not be the right shopping site for you and passive aggressive behavior isn’t my forte.
