donnastreasures @dyokel Click on the little cart icon on the bottom right of the app. From there go to my purchases. After that click on problems inquiry. That’ll let you go in and cancel the order if you want. If it hasn’t shipped in 10 days are usually ask for Poshmark to refund my money also

carlysellers0 @dyokel hi sweetie. Welcome to Poshmark. I saw you liked my Coach purse. Send me an offer and we can work something out. I have had issues with a couple Poshers that didn't send my items in the allotted time, just do as Donna said. They will refund it. I'm waiting on one right now as well. Tomorrow I can hit refund.
