I am so sorry for the major delay in responses and the delay in shipping! I work a full time and I'm in nursing school as well. This week is finals week so I havent been near my phone really! I apologize sincerely for the delay of both! I dropped the package off last night in a USPS container and am waiting for them to scan for shipment! Thank you so much!

Hi Donna. I am so disappointed to hear that the vest doesn’t seem to fit. I would have been happy to answer any questions regarding sizing prior to your purchase. It did not seem to run small, as it fit my husband who only wears an xl. I would never misrepresent an item. I take pride in only selling items that are like new and being responsive to all questions. That being said, I am truly sorry it doesn’t fit the way you expected it to
