fabthreads if you were notified that the bracelet was delivered, the protocol and decent thing to do is to contact Posh, not rate the sell a one star. Sellers have ZERO control as to what the post office does once an item ships, and it begins tracking. I am a top rated seller on posh and have a stellar reputation... I do not deserve this rating. I will contact Posh on your behalf. You may want to reconsidered your rating as this will result in changing my stats.

fabthreads Also, in the future do not accept unless you physically have the item, and then rate. In addition, you have the option to send posh a note indicating that an item was not delivered as indicated by the postal service. Any questions?

donnabuckner153 Yes how do I get a refund? I know I shouldn’t have accepted but I was looking for how to let you all know I didn’t get it. I don’t live in Poshmark as you do snd I received my other orders in the same day. I’m not changing my rating till I get. My money back. The mail is not my concern- that is your problem. Your tone is just rude.

_heygorgeous @fabthreads Hi! Sorry to hear this. I had the same issue with this buyer and reached out twice with no response. I contacted Posh because I’ve had only 5 stars up until this sale. My guess is buyer did not read description and was unsatisfied with item so she left a 1 star rating instead of requesting a refund. Extremely unfair but Posh said that they cannot change buyer rating. Mail is out of seller control for sure but unfortunately not all are understanding.
