If your stuff doesn’t get shared it goes to the bottom of search results, but when it’s shared it goes to the top. There are a lot of helpful YouTube videos on how to increase your Poshmark sales ☺️

pinklady712 Welcome to Poshmark and happy selling/buying. One tip I found that helped me sell more was to become a Posh Ambassador. If you click on the bottom right on your profile and then go to My Posh Stats, I believe you will see at the top something about becoming a Posh Ambassador. Once you fulfill all of the requirements you will become a Posh Ambassador. Your name will then appear under a special list and you will gain more followers which will hopefully yield more sales for you! Have fun! 🙂

donnastreasures The most important thing is to share each item in your closet at least once a day. More if possible. The 2nd is to follow others & share a few of their items. You should definitely add the brand names in your listings & be more descriptive. I have lots of tips in my closet. I’ll tag you in a few.

micaya5 @ajoin31701 Hi Donna! Best advice is clear visible pictures so the customer clearly sees the merchandise, how it hangs, any defaults etc. Add as many pics as possible for each item and be very clear in your descriptions.

micaya5 @ajoin31701 And the other huge selling factor on Posh is sharing. Share your items daily and often. Share in the daily Posh parties where applicable. Share multiple items from other poshers closets most tend to return the shares thus bringing more followers to your closet and potential sales! You should have just as many shares as you have followers.

The more you share the more that percentage increases. This platform does require a little busy work but if you're remembering to have fun, it just feels like fun!!!🤗🤗🤗

ajoin31701 @rolo8888 Any purchases that are $500 and up automatically get shipped to Posh first. Posh will then authenticate the item by date code, material,style and patterns,etc. Then if it is authentic and described as listed then it will be sent to the buyer. If the item is not authentic or as described then it will be returned to the seller.

rolo8888 I did not know that. All of my listings are authentic (to the best of my knowledge). If Poshmark determines the LV clutch is not authentic, I don’t want to be barred from selling in the future.

ajoin31701 @rolo8888 I will be honest and tell I really don’t know what the consequences are for selling fake items. The sad thing is that the fakes look sooooooooo authentic. I bought a item that had a date code that checked out but I was uneasy and went through an authentication company and they proved that it was not authentic . If you bought the item a LV store you should be fine. If it was a gift or purchased elsewhere before you send it off get it authenticated

ajoin31701 @rolo8888 There are several authentication companies that you can use that will tell you within minutes if your item is authentic. I’m assuming that you are selling this item for some one else since you stated that you are scared. Your date code checks out but of course there several other things that they must check out as well to prove that it is authentic. On my end I cannot cancel but until you figure things out you can cancel the sell on your end. Please let me know.

ajoin31701 @rolo8888 ProAuthenticators, Bagaholic,Authentication-Meme’s Treasures,Realauthentication,these are a few and there are several more companies. Facebook have groups as well. The last time I had something authenticated I think it was $7. Therefore you would have two services that have authenticated your item. And since you sell items for people have them bring you authenticity paper work. I pray that it is real because I really do want the bag.
