They were exactly as described, new with stickers, a good deal and I even gave you 2 dollars off that, plus I added a bath bomb as a gift, and they arrived to you in only 3 days. I'm confused why only a 4 star rating. :(

@lgfs14 Hi Donna, I sold you the tan Via Spiga heels today. When I was prepping to ship, I noticed a black mark on one shoe toe. It’s not a surface scuff it is more a stain inside the patent leather. I have tried everything to remove it! See the copied listing I added two pictures of the marking. I’m happy to cancel your purchase. Leather dye from another shoe must have marked it. Let me know! R
