ruthieh11 Hey There Gorgeous, Good Morning.. I could not sleep all night after I found out about the error I made on the listing with your purchase. I have no excuse. I don’t list more then 1-2 items max a day/week..I never copy/paste descriptions, so it was truly an oversight on my part (I have two little ones with spcl needs and frequently get distracted. Lesson learned 😉)

ruthieh11 Dear Posh Team, I was contacted by a buyer who informed me that she would like to return an item she’s purchased, as it was the wrong size. The listing indicated it being a size 6, yet she received the wrong size, due to an error on my part. Consequently, she opened a case reporting the mishap which was my fault, but added that she was denied support .

belladoula69 @ruthieh11 Please do not keep beating yourself up about this innocent mistake! You have gone out of your way to try and rectify the problem. I had to walk away from it for awhile due to other commitments, but I'm going to try and pursue a solution this afternoon. Thank you for trying so hard to make this right for me. You stay well too... it sounds like you have your hands full taking care of others at the moment. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon!

belladoula69 @ruthieh11 I am so unbelievably frustrated with the process of reporting this mistake. I have tried over 30 times to report the issue and for some reason I am unable to download photos on to the form. It won't let me report the problem without photos, and I am running out of time because it has to be reported within 72 hours. Why is it not possible to talk to someone in person? This is so incredibly irritating not to be able to rectify this problem. I am at my wits end!

belladoula69 @ruthieh11 Okay, I decided to download the Poshmark app on my phone and try to report it that way, and thank goodness I was finally successful. Hopefully I will hear back soon, and I will let you know what they said. Thanks for trying to correct this problem on your end. I really appreciate it!

ruthieh11 @belladoula69 I know, the communication with posh support (customer svc’s) on the platform does not seem as easy, but rest assured, they are pretty good in resolving buyer’s dispute cases with no delay. (Not talking from personal experience, but read on blogs 😉) For some reason, weekends don’t seem to be best when contacting unemployment. Either way, just glad that it’s out there now and I have great faith to believe it will be taken care of with no further delay..

I got a notice from Poshmark that said that the return label had not been scanned and it was going to be invalid. I took it to the post office several days ago to be returned to you. Just curious if you received it, and if that was just a mistake on Poshmarks part. I want to make sure that I get my refund. Thank you, Donna
