theglamnextdoor Hi, Donna :) I am very sorry about your bracelet and would be happy to replace it if you let me know which bracelet it was and which set it came from. That way you don’t have to return all the bracelets if you still wanted to keep those, since opening a return on a bundle will require you to ship all the items back to me, not just the damaged one. Just let me know 💛

theglamnextdoor @donatella414 thank u for letting me know, I checked and I do have one more of these bracelet sets left. If you’d like, I can send you the replacement bracelet, or if you wanted to go through with the dispute return you can, but returns on bundled orders require the entire order to be shipped back, so if you wanted the rest of the bracelets I can send you the replacement, whichever you prefer. I feel so bad this happened to you, since I’ve never had an issue with this before💛

theglamnextdoor @donatella414 thank you, I will be happy to send that out to you, along with some extra bracelets to make up for the trouble this has caused. I will use the same address found on your shipping label. If you’d like, you can cancel the case on your order so that Poshmark doesn’t send you a return shipping label for your items. I’ll mail out your replacement bracelets and free gifts sometime tomorrow when I go to the post office!
