I didn’t see the email about accepting an order. Does it automatically get accepted after a certain number of days? I don’t see a tab to accept an order. Thanks for your help!

@donnapy Hi. I just want to be clear on your question. Did you submit an offer to purchase something from a seller that was less than their listed price?

@stacimack157 no, it was something I ordered and received about a week ago, but I didn’t know that you had to “accept” an order so the funds could be released to the seller. Since I didn’t “accept” it did the seller get paid? I feel terrible! I hope it automatically releases them to her

@donnapy Ok. So, you would have had gotten an email letting you know your package arrived. You would have had to hit accept from the actual sale on the app. However, Posh will automatically pay the seller on day #4 after the package arrives, so they were paid ❤
