@mizmh Hi, just received the shoes...both heels aren't completely attached to the base. The left is more detached than the right 😒. Not a good first experience. Please reply...thanks.

Hmmmm. They were in tip top shape when we shipped them with no signs of any heel damage whatsoever (same as listing photos show) and they were packaged very well with stuffing, wrapped in plastic, and additional air bag packaging. Was the box damaged? I have shipped many shoes out packaged the same exact way and have had no previous issues with shipping damage or any complaints. If you are unhappy I would suggest contacting PM to get a return label if you would like to return the shoes. Thanks.

@mizmh Good morning, thanks for responding. In fairness to you even though the post office said they delivered the package on Thursday afternoon I never received it until Friday late. Maybe someone else did open the package. I like the shoes, so I was thinking of getting them to a shoe shop to be glued. What are your thoughts/respecting that they're still your merchandise?

Hi Donna- Thanks for your message. I'm glad you like the shoes. However, if you are dissatisfied, I would suggest contacting Poshmark to initiate a return with no alterations being made to the shoes. Should you decide to keep the shoes, you are free to modify however you like once you accept the order. Thank you.
