angieglisson235 @peanuts914 He's funny, sounds like a typical husband. as far as your hips all I can say is the fabric is stretchy so you do have some give. the body of the top is 19" all the way down with no flare but it being stretchy fabric will allow more room. So that's my answer to that question, it would be up to you if you want to try it or not. lol.

angieglisson235 @peanuts914 Good evening Donna. I took a picture of the top on myself, I'm not a selfish taker and can't really tell anything about it. I did pull the bottom out as far as i would be comfortable in wearing to its widest point and i measured about 23" maybe 24 most it would still look fine. my hips are 19" across front. I hope this helps. just let me know. Thank you.
