Hi Donna, I couldn't figure out how to answer you on the rating page, still new to this too. I'm not sure about the top of the candle holder. I bought it used myself and tried buffing it. I just left it because it's hidden by the candle. Do you know anyone who sells or has a lot of Partylite stuff? Or maybe check the official website? If I find anything out, I'll contact you. Btw, the glass face can be a lucky charm or worry stone...🙃
