augustine9511 I'm so sorry for contacting you hear, but I could not submit my answer to your conversation for some reason. Anyway, I have no idea how that happened. I didn't take off the ribbon so it could be brand new. I guess maybe when I bought it, it was defective or something. Anyway, I have 3 Pottery Barn white standard pillowcases that I can give you for free (I got them for $19 each). I don't have the flat sheet. Will that work for you? I know you need the fitted sheet.
