@chibodo Yes, it certainly had the look of sheared beaver, however I could feel the woven backing through the lining and cut the lining to be sure, it's definitely faux fur. I can send you a picture.
Not suggesting you intentionally misrepresented...it sure looks like sheared beaver and the lovely green lining seems authentic as well but its high quality faux-- definitely a woven textile.
