scrappyotter Hi Donna. You purchased the Fur Wizard from me. I asked Poshmark to refund you for the shoes that were damaged and this is the reply I received from them via email: Unfortunately at this time, Poshmark doesn't offer partial returns or refunds. We do not and can not remove any types of credit from the seller’s account to apply credit to the buyer’s account and vice versa. If a new price is agreed upon between the buyer and seller, the buyer will have to open a formal return case and if this case.

scrappyotter So, in order to be refunded for the shoes, you will need to open a request for return, then I'll have to relist the Fur Wizard, then you'll have to repurchase it. I don't see an easier way to do it, but if you know of something, I'm all ears!
