Hi, I reached out to customer care in regards to getting u a discount on your purchase, ones again the bag is brand new never been used, i am still scratching my head on the stains, if u look in my closet I carry a lot of the bag. But I totally understand your frustration. Customer care said they have already released the fund to my account and can’t take out the discount. Is there any other way I can send u the discount? If u know off any other way please advise.
